EVIN is a company dedicated to making the promise of clean energy transportation a reality through electric vehicles and an infrastructure network. Over the past 10 years, the two co-founders David and Michael Guimarin, a father and son team, have worked diligently to develop, patent, and build a system that would allow for the rapid recharge and replacement of standardized battery packs in electric cars at specialized energy service stations. Through a dynamic market based approach to a problem that has daunted many, EVIN has developed a business plan, set of standards, and prototype for working with car manufacturers, auto body shops, gasoline companies, governments, consumers, and others to realize the dream of electric vehicles. David Guimarin - Founder & Inventor, CPA

David Guimarin has been involved in the accounting profession at many levels gaining experience and understanding of how good companies are formed and run. He is now applying lessons learned to make the EVIN patented battery exchange process a reality.

David Guimarin is a senior financial professional with twenty years of hands-on experience in management of accounting, human resources, legal and financial operations including treasury, financial reporting and budgeting, general ledger, cost accounting, credit and collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll, and information technology. Accomplishments include installation of support systems for initial startup to mature organization and two private placement offerings. He has used accounting skills to conceptualize, motivate staff to perform tasks, provided resources, support, design, develop and manufacture of the EVIN Electric Vehicle Prototype.

Michael Guimarin - Public Relations & Marketing

Michael Guimarin is one of EVIN's two co-founders and was a part of the original patenting process. He serves as a secondary voice to his father, David Guimarin, and participates in company long and short term strategy discussions. A graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, Michael is currently a sophomore at Princeton University pursuing a degree in Psychology and a certificate in Latin. Michael's primary area of focus for EVIN, Inc. is in public relations, marketing, and the electric vehicle community. Michael is excited to work with EVIN, Inc. and will be the primary public contact for the company.
